  I had my package redirected to this DHL location in the Loop, with seven business days to pick it up. On day six, I went, only to be told it had already been sent back to their 'warehouse'. The staff assured me I could either call customer service or pick it up at that warehouse (9150 W. 55th). When I called customer service, they told me the package was already sent back to the seller—no warehouse option. The conflicting information between the staff here and customer service was extremely frustrating and ultimately led to my package being returned to sender. I will never use this access point again.

  WORST experience, and expensive, too. Just understand that the service point has NO expertise, will not help you and will not check the package before giving it to DHL. Twice, they accepted a package from me. Once it was returned from DHL, and the second time (after I removed the battery), it was not accepted by German Customs. If you are not ABSOLUTELY SURE, as an experienced shipper, that your international shipment is 100% correct, don't use DHL.
