  I visited the Cricket store on East 71st and was very pleased. It really felt good to be treated like a customer. Adrienne, the sales advocate, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend that Cricket store.

  I've been with Cricket since 2006. Their service works everywhere and anywhere without dropping calls. And, there's no contractual obligations to be concerned about. The rates are much less than many cellphone services from other companies. I went to this cricket location for a new Fast Charging Android cord. The guy at the cricket store was courteous, helpful, and took the time to assist me in finding the right cord for my phone. I was also able to save $5 from the sticker price of the cord, which made shopping with Cricket, more worthwhile. I will continue to use Cricket as my cellphone carrier in the future.

  Wait time to long! Need to hire more people! They need to multi task when it is a lot of people in their store.
