  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ashley at Cricket Wireless on Jeffrey. She was absolutely wonderful with my friend Jim. He has difficulty remembering things and sometimes struggles with using his phone, and Ashley could not have been more patient, kind, and understanding with him. She took her time, explained things in a way he could understand, and never once made him feel rushed or embarrassed. That kind of patience and compassion is something you don't always come across, and it meant a great deal to both of us. Ashley went above and beyond simply providing good customer service. She treated Jim with kindness, dignity, and respect. Cricket Wireless is very fortunate to have someone like her representing their company. Thank you,Ashley, for being such a genuinely kind person and for taking such good care of Jim. It was very much appreciated.
