  I called in today with an issue about a warranty claim problem. The manager Nate was very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful with making sure I understood my options. Keep up great work Nate.

  Cell Tower under maintenance in my area going on 4 wks with bad service, drop calls and calls going straight to voicemail but the text they send me came through reminding me my bill is due. BS
