  They stole my sim card and cloned it then my bank card locked and for weeks i wasnt able to access my bank account and social media… the problem was never fixed i called the fcc tomorrow i will talk with law enforcement

  I went in trying to purchase a phone & instead walked out with no phone and very upset. You can not try to help a customer and give the wrong information in 2hrs I was given wrong information and it ended up with me not being able to get a phone after. I left there and switched over to a different company.

  It's a shame Cricket wireless has store employees that can't help visually impaired customers. I went in to purchase a new phone and plan, I asked the store clerk for assistance in helping me out because I was visually impaired and I was denied. Ok no problem. I'll take my money to Boost Mobile
