  TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AGAINST THE ELDERLY! I dont care for her name nor did I want to ask. She has long black hair, short, ans a piercing under her lip. This hateful woman shouldn't be working in customer service period. If you aren't willing to help make the client's experience simple & out of the way. I went in cause normally my grandma (81 years old) doesn't like dealing with her attitude. I asked for a transfer pin & account number. She scrunched up her nose, make a very ugly face, and said I would have to call customer service & etc because she doesn't do that. BULL. You have access to that. This isnt my first rodeo. She has taken advantage of my grandmother before. She simply didn't want to give her a refund. The Supervisor has to be called in order to distribute a refund. She chooses not to work. She isn't friendly, she isnt nice. She needs to be fired!

  The customer service is horrible at this location. There are two females that work here that look like mother and daughter. I walked in the first visit and the music was loud while they were helping an elderly couple. The younger female asked me what I needed and then told me to wait as they were busy. While I was waiting, I heard them speaking to the elderly couple with attitude. I walked out immediately. I needed to pay my bill today and thought I’d visit again. I walked in and I was greeted but it felt forced and not genuine. As soon as I explained what I needed, the older female responded with attitude. She then asked for my ID which was weird because I never get ID’d at other locations. I went to go get my ID that was in my car and when I returned, again, the music was loud. It’s unprofessional. I just needed guidance and instead of communicating in a positive manner they both delivered nasty attitude. I left and will not be returning to this location. If you want good customer service I recommend going to the Armitage location.
