Went to cricket cuz I Switch provider, got a lot problem with the phone since day one. Called the store within 7-10 days since I did the purchased, went in Mario trying started deleting apps without my concern, and was disappointed cuz he should of ask before than he said try it now if not call customer service. I called customer service then wasn't much of help. The only person was helpful was Aurelvis xpIain a few things then He transfer me to a different department I spoke with Ana,not helpful at all .Went back to the store again, a girl with red hair looked not motivated to help,not the first time tho. So I transferred back to another provider. Cricket service is not the same anymore. Phone wasn't FREE, than you ask for service they not able to help. Lost me as a customer and I highly NOT recommend Cricket.
What wrong with ppl this day, they get pay to do the job and don't wanna do it.
