  Sends out quotes in the mail. Then when you call, IT is nothing close to what they quoted you. You will waist your time. Their quotes were higher than my current insurance. They didn't even try to get their's lower to get me as a customer

  Great service by this agent and her office! Always polite and answers my questions promptly giving me great advice! Had an issue with a claim and she directed me to one of the Allstate preferred providers for better service and communications from the provider between them and Allstate. Even though I had another shop in mind I folllowed her advice, boy am I glad I did!!!
