  Really disappointed. I made an appointment a day in advance and received a confirmation email, but when I arrived on time, the brow bar was completely deserted. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. There was also no way to contact them, and Macy’s couldn’t help because it’s a separate boutique. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
