Mariano at AutoZone is the best! I went in to purchase replacement headlights for both my high beams and low beams, and Mariano was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain exactly what I needed and even showed me how to change the headlights myself. His customer service was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate his help and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Mariano, for going above and beyond! Auto Zone give Mariano a raise!!!

Called to ask about shocks and this guy had me waiting too long on the line. Never answered. Very unprofessional.

I counted 6 or 7 employees but only 2 people being helped at the slowest of places. Parking lot is trashed with pot holes and garbage. Better off gong anywhere else. The advanced on 16th or Ogden don't have these issues.

Awful experience. The website claims that this location services electric vehicles, but this is inaccurate. False advertising.
