  I had such an amazing experience at Advance Auto Parts today! After dealing with a really stressful day of car trouble, walking into the store was honestly a breath of fresh air. From the moment I came in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Mariano and —his customer service was absolutely top-notch! He went above and beyond to help me, made sure I understood everything, and truly showed that he cared about getting me back on the road. That level of attentiveness and positivity made all the difference. It’s rare to find service like this these days, and I’m so grateful for the smooth and exceptional experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Thank you for turning my day around!

  That store is so bad 👎 Hard to find parking. Everyone is fixing cars on the parking lot.. Lot people just walking around on the parking lot. Super bad service..

  The management and the staff at this location are very disrespectful, condescending, and racist. I purchased a tire compressor a day before that they would not allow me to return. After multiple visits that day I kept getting the run around saying they do not return electronics. After repeatedly telling the management I never used the compressor; I purchased the battery charged compressor and not the plug in compressor I purchased the wrong one. The manager told me to man up and just admitted using the compressor in a disrespectful manner. I asked the manager to walk outside to view my tire to show him it's still needed air. I told the managers no one mentioned there was a no return on electronics and that my cashier didn't speak English. They continued to be annoyed and disrespectful. I will never visit this location again until they have a new staff,
