  I had a great experience in the 4015 W Hirsch Chicago location, and was taken care by a man named Eddy/Eddie! Hands down must be the best representation of advanced auto parts nation wide. I studied away in out of state and came back to Chicago and had to replace my starter. Eddy called all the way to the shop out of state to confirm that I had the warranty and and got me all squared away. My dad and I were blown away at how above and beyond he went! I will tell everyone about the care and service! You have life-long members from us. Eddy deserves all the praise and recognition!!

  Best Auto parts store from here to the suburbs! They are fast, work with you, find Best parts for you fast, Always answer Phone calls promptly while Beating prices, and have more in Stock than other competitors! I literally will travel far just to go to this one Advanced auto parts. Not sure about other locations But these guys should be Rated # one in customer service.

  best location in the city - Eddie is an awesome manager, very personable, knowledgeable and well rounded. Great guy! Brandon also helped me out and I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help as well. I've been here twice in two weeks and both times 10/10 visits - got me the best price, best quality and was honest. I didn't need a new battery I needed terminals and he advised me correctly rather than selling me something i didn't need! I will be here for all my car needs, awesome team and location!

  Edwin and his co worker were professional and very competent with myself and other customers in line shared of me. Highly recommend!!
