Brandon and Isaac are true professionals. Quick and easy battery install. Isaac took the time to clean up the connections to be sure the new battery has a clean start. Will be a return customer.

I had a great experience in the 4015 W Hirsch Chicago location, and was taken care by a man named Eddy/Eddie! Hands down must be the best representation of advanced auto parts nation wide. I studied away in out of state and came back to Chicago and had to replace my starter. Eddy called all the way to the shop out of state to confirm that I had the warranty and and got me all squared away. My dad and I were blown away at how above and beyond he went! I will tell everyone about the care and service! You have life-long members from us. Eddy deserves all the praise and recognition!!
