As a widow of a “ car guy” I am on my own and nervous about doing things right! Konrad helped me in getting the right wheel covers and even showing me how to put them on! He gave me a lesson and relieved my anxiety. I appreciate his kindness and Rebecca on phone was very nice too! Thank you!!

Lynn was extremely knowledgeable, professional, yet remained friendly and cordial throughout the experience. She really went the extra mile for me, and had the foresight to write down BOTH part numbers I called her about, just in case both were needed — And they were! Zack was there to fill-in as needed, professional and cordial as well. Advance Auto Parts, I can tell you that people truly make the difference in any store, in any industry, and you have two great people at this store in both Lynn and Zack.
