If you use the app with coupons or are planning to use the rewards on this location expect your order to be cancelled I had 8 dollars in subway cash and used it on a meatball sub they cancelled my order sooooo fast when I called and asked why they said they where out of meatballs when I went in they had meatballs when I went to enter my phone number for the rewards in store the guy covered the screen and skipped the enter your number screen horrible location.

For some reason, it would not let me put the correct address. The store I visited that I was dissatisfied with was 171 W. Joe Orr Road in Chicago Heights, IL 60411. While visiting the restaurant I told server #33 which I assume is her employee ID#. I told her I was picking up an online order. The order was supposed to ready by 11:56AM, I arrived there around 12:22 or so. My order was not ready. She claimed it will let them know 10 minutes after the order is placed but she said it harshly and with an attitude. It's clear that if the order was placed at 11:56 then 10 minutes later will be 12:06, I arrived around 12:22pm that's 26 minutes..More than enough time to have the order ready. After showing her the receipt she said it was canceled, with an attitude again. So I just placed an order right there in the store. After she rung me up I asked her if I can have some more napkins, she said it's in the bag, I asked if I could have extra napkins and she angrily said something in her native tongue towards me and handed me the napkins. I work with customers everyday and have done so for the past 26 years. As a manger we know it's the customers that keep the business afloat. On every check it says "a satisfied customer made this check possible." I was not a satisfied customer. Employees Like her makes any business look bad, and people will refuse to shop there and tell others about their experience which can cause a dramatic decline in foot traffic. I will NEVER shop there at that location again. It takes months to find a customer and only seconds to loose one.

Delivery drivers do not become your employees when we walk through your door. Do your part completely by having the order ready before we get there and if it's not ready before we get there, do your part to get ready rather than asking us to do it because you're lazy.
