  the past two weeks i’ve tried to get subway for lunch while at work. Everytime without fail while taking my break at different times everyday, whatever her name is is on her 15. at this rate i’m not even sure how much working is done over there. walked up, oh im taking my break as she’s checking out customers. as someone who worked in a sandwich shop previously, that’s just not how that works. i understand being the only one there and needing a break, but a quick 6 in sandwich that’s not toasted isn’t going to make your break disappear, just take it a minute later than you planned.

  Didn’t get her name, she was giving me and my sister attitude. When we were standing in line to order, she said that she was going to take a 15 min break, sign was up though we couldn’t see it. She pointed the sign out, then said nevermind I’ll just make your sandwich, we told her it’s fine she can go take her break but she insisted aggressively. You can tell she was on something, she kept on itching her arms and raising her voice. She was also running around a lot, but still taking forever. My sister and her got into a bit of an argument cause the lady kept on talking about what she wanted in the other sandwich, though we already told her we didn’t want another sandwich, I will admit my sister did say she wanted another one but then said nevermind. The lady kept on asking “what meat for your other sub” me and my sister tried to tell her that we didn’t want that one anymore but she did not understand at all. She tried to give my sister attitude but when my sister matched her energy she said “sorry ma’am” and kept on trying to excuse herself for her mistakes. Yall need to check her locker or sum cause she was not right in the head.

  Employee Danielle is amazing. Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile and everything always is ready and perfect. She really sets the standards for your company and makes customer service look easy when I know it’s hard when you work by yourself.

  Austin and Tristan make wonderful sandwiches and were very kind!
