  There were 3 beautiful souls who tried working with what they were dealt with at 5:30 pm on September 2nd. The gentleman working was really stressing out from the new chicken being out and he tried his hardest to keep his cool and it genuinely hurt my heart. The two women who were working were trying to stay positive to everyone and they were all working together with what they had and it genuinely made me feel so bad for them especially when I heard they were going to be short staffed. The 3 workers deserve a lot of credit and I feel bad not getting their names but I'm sure they will remember this shift. Kudos to them and I wish other customers tried being nice instead of making snarky comments about the chicken being out.

  I went to drive through and was asked to wait I minute i understand it might have been busy inside but i waited in line for 20 minutes and asked repeatedly if anyone would take my order after 10 i left and went to jersey mikes because they actually take your order
