Made a mobile order, the app said this location. Went in, was told there was nothing for me and nothing they can do about it. No refund, no making the sandwich that I paid for when I showed them physical proof.. nothing. Was told I have to contact my bank. I'm not fighting over a half priced sandwich because it takes more time to complain then finding somewhere else to get food but, why does subway have to have the good deals only through mobile orders when their app also sucks.

I never had a bad subway in my life! BUT BEWARE. THIS WAS GROSS!! I chewed two bite spit it out and put in garbage. This was old meat.Cold cut Trio. Salami was pale white. Looks like owner don't want to throw out. Two weeks ago went to order 2 6inch for wife and I for delivery $30.00. THATS INSANE! OF COURSE DIDN'T GET. So I've had a craving for it. Not no more.THIS IS CHANNAHON LOCATION. I RECOMMEND ANOTHER LOCATION possibley.I LEAVE GOOD AND BAD REVIEWS. I'm throwing up have a severe headache. Looked it up looks like I possible have listeria. Headed to hospital.
