    Only one person working the desk. Long line of people waiting. Parking can be difficult.

    I stopped in to mail a letter and was told I had to buy a book of 20 stamps just to get postage for a single letter. I've mailed letters at more than 20 other UPS Store locations across the country, and every one of them sold me a single stamp without any issue. On top of that, the staff at this location were rude and unhelpful. This was by far the worst customer service I've experienced at any UPS Store. I won't be returning and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

    Don’t use this site to pick up packages they are always redirecting to somewhere else. My most recent package is now considered lost because this site would not accept it. Drop off service is fine.
