  This is the place for the worst customer service in Champaign-Urbana. They burn your food and expect you to pay for it. They put items on your sandwich you didn’t ask for and then get mad if you ask them to remake it because you never wanted lettuce in the first place. When you ask for extra onions, they ignore you so you have to repeat it over and over to get what you want. Workers tell you they will serve you in 10 minutes after they finish washing dishes in the back. The list goes on and on for this Subway. The management is a big part of the problem as they encourage these behaviors as well. There are many places in Champaign Urbana to eat and I do not recommend this one at all.

  "6inch" looked a whole lot smaller than usual, i also sat there and asked the lady working for more olives repeatedly and shorty literally put 10 olives on it. i asked for more and more and she must of thought that was just a suggestion.

  Its usually alright. Standard subway experience, nothing to write home about. However, I once placed an order for a sandwich through the app and was mistakenly charged twice. When I asked for a refund, they refused. They said they checked the security cameras and insisted that I had picked up two sandwiches which is why I was charged twice (I had not picked up 2). I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank. No one who works here is competent at anything besides making sandwiches. The moment any problems occur, no one there is trained to assist you. I would only go here if you plan on ordering in-store using cash. Figuring out transaction issues will be a nightmare. You have been warned.
