  There was this lady behind the counter was polite and kind. Literally the best interaction ever. Made a delicious sandwich. Amazing experience couldn’t have asked for better.

  The wrap literally burst open just because it was rolled so poorly. When I pointed it out, the staff member casually laughed and said, ‘You can still eat it,’ as if customers are supposed to just tolerate their mistake. I asked them to remake it, but they suddenly claimed they had no ingredients left, even though the ingredients were clearly sitting right behind the counter. The tortilla was also ice-cold, like it came straight out of a freezer, and they insisted that was ‘normal.’ Honestly, the dismissive attitude and the way I was treated made me feel like I was being looked down on... even to the point where I wondered if I was experiencing discrimination.

  Before placing my order, I informed the employee I had a coupon, and her demeanor changed instantly. As if she was annoyed by that. I ordered two sandwiches and neither of them had the appropriate amount of meat, very skimpy and she spread it across the sandwiches, to look as though it was the full amount. When I asked about it, she suggested I get double meat. She then put the bare minimum of toppings on the sandwiches also. Resulting in me constantly asking, "can you please add more of this and that." Not to mention my "six inch" was about a four inch and when I asked about it, she said it was a six inch sandwich, it clearly wasn't.
