  Employees were rude. I came in with a very big box. Two employees looked my way. Never acknowledged me. I stood there for several minutes holding this big heavy box before I gave one employee a look that made him come help me. Never said hi. Never smiled. After transaction was complete Never said thank you ...have a nice evening nothing. Felt I felt like inconveniencing them to do their darn job!!

  Staff here dont understand assisting customers is a big part of their job. I have personally encountered many times when they keep chatting with each other, checking docs, walking around in the back, while there are people lining up at the counter while holding packages in their hand. They seem to behave like they are doing a white collar office job in their own offices, and you should be grateful for them to step aside from their actual work to help you. The place is clean, parking is easy, but has this very weird vibe.
