I came the other day to buy a new SIM card which I thought would be a quick and painless process. When I entered the store, it was dead silent and there were 2 customers before me, a couple and a single woman. I sat at the desk and waited about 15 minutes until the employee looked at me and told me sorry and that the computer is not working. The employee said she would try contacting the store on S. Neil to see if they were having better luck. She calls and gets no response but claims it is probably a company wide issue so going to the other store is not a great idea. Shortly after this, the couple leaves and they seem very frustrated. Now the one woman customer and I remain. The employee gets a hold of the other store and finds out they are not having problems so suggests I go there. I head out and I see the woman leave right after me. Altogether, I waited about 35 minutes at this location. When I go to the S. Neil store, I find the couple. We talk and they explain they waited about 25 minutes more before I had came in. Apparently the single woman customer had been in the store for even longer before that. While the employee was very nice and communicative with me, she failed to do so with the others and wasted an incredible amount of time. I don't understand why she did not communicate with the customers before me and offer solutions to them until it was an hour before both stores closed. I felt the worst for the single woman customer because she was the first one there and the last one out. She only spoke and understood Spanish which the employee spoke, but for whatever reason filled her in very last. l still had to wait almost an hour at the S Neil store, I got there around 5 and left at 6, with only the couple in front of me.
