  At my local Advance Auto Parts, it felt like a hometown shop where the staff truly knew and cared. Instead of a corporate experience, I got genuine help from people who went out of their way. I’ll definitely be back. 🙌🏼

  Would just like to give a huge shout out to Justine Gumbs the GM of the north mattis avenue advance parts location. I had a broken off fuse in the fuse box and Justine came out looked at it attempted to remove the broken pieces she wasn't able to. She went back inside there was a commercial customer of advance Auto parts that was in the store, Justine told her about the problems I was having and she said that she has a shop and has tools and isn't far away. Her name is Alayna and she works at tire monkey just down the street. She came back with her tools and was able to remove the fuse so I could put a new fuse in and have trailer lights. I can't say enough about both of these women who took the time out of their day to help me out. Thank you very much!!

  This Advance Auto Parts store is very fortunate to have Troy and Justine, very professional, and always willing to go out of way to help. Highly recommend this store, been in automotive repair business for 46 years, and encourage everyone to support this store.
