This evening on our way home from a Sectionals basketball game, my family decided to treat ourselves with subway for dinner. We stopped at your Casey, IL store and received some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Upon arrival, I asked “what time do you close?” The worker(Henry-was the name tag on the hat) said “10” I said, “ok, great, I didn’t want to bombard you if it was time for you to close in just a few minutes” I knew coming in with myself, my husband, and our three children would be time consuming. I felt my family used their manners and was very respectful- Unlike Henry who was slamming lids on the food containers, slamming the paper our bread would sit on down on the counter, kicking the trash can, acting very agitated to be having to make our sandwiches. We never once received a please or a thank you. It was “what else”, “what kind” , “is that all.” I was not pleased at all. I actually had my children go sit at a table by the door while my husband and I continued to get our food and was going to ask Henry if we had done something to upset him/her, but my husband asked me not to make a scene. I am very disappointed in the experience and especially with that young workers behavior and mannerism
