  We went in 30 minutes before close, i know annoying BUT still open. The employee made me feel anything but welcome, between cussing, and just downright rudeness. Most definitely lost a customer. Not the first time this has happened with this specific employee.

  Becca was the best !!!!We came off highway and it was close to closing but she put on a big smile and served up about 20 people!!! Thank you Becca!!!! And my sandwich was perfect!!

  Refreshing experience! I had placed an order on March 9 for pickup, but my husband wasn’t able to make it in time. Since it was already late, I told them to go ahead and give the food to someone else or let an employee enjoy it. I was pleasantly surprised when they issued me a refund—I truly appreciated it, especially since I didn’t expect anything after so much time had passed. Since then, we’ve ordered from them several times, and they consistently get our sandwiches exactly right. The place is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

  When me and my family have driven though the drive thru like always I ordered a grilled chicken breast and as the customer I had no idea apparently that it was not grilled. This is because other workers had the common since to know what item I was talking about. But today the worker asked if we would like grilled chicken strips and believing she thought it was called that which makes since we said yes. I get the sub only to find bits and piece of chicken. Now I have eaten at many food places and never have chicken strips meant many mini pieces of chicken.So we walk in and ask to return it she said no and said we ordered strips even though she never explained what “strips” were. So we had to order a whole new sub without a discount even this had to be my worst experience at any subway and I’m disappointed on the worker that served me. Everything else happened to be fine just horrible customer service.
