I had a frustrating experience as I paid $30 additional for express/next day shipping and unfortunately my package was delayed in Memphis, causing my package to be late by 3 days and due to the delay I was unable to bring my package with me on my trip, out of the country. I spoke with customer service and for some reason they directed my call to my local Cary location, to dispute the issue. Although not helpful for my situation, I do want to express that I spoke with David, a manager at this location and he was very pleasant and understanding although I had been difficult on the phone. David has great customer service and shows compassion/ empathy, even during an unpleasant situation. Although there was no resolution, as of course there’s nothing he can do out of Cary for my package that was stuck in MEMPHIS, I really appreciate his skills of explaining and being able to keep his composure during our phone call exchange.
