The new owners need to get their shit together. This is the second time that i've been in since they took over. First time credit card machine didn't work and i didn't have cash. Second time i put an order in online and was told it never came through. Fortunately, you have good employees that take care of the customer.If you lose them you're screwed.

I ordered online and my customization on the sandwich didn’t change. I didn’t realize until I got my food and kindly asked the worker if I could have it remade the way I wanted it. She told me that she would have to charge me an extra $11 for the new sandwich and throw the old one away. I have worked in food service for 6 years and never heard of this. I also ordered a wild cherry Pepsi and got a Diet Pepsi.

Extremely slow service which I'll attribute to maybe they were short-handed. But this is not an oven roasted chicken breast it's not heated as requested it's ice cold. Greatly disappointed. Food looks very unappetizing. Tried to call to talk to them but only got an answering machine.
