  Today I had the pleasure of meeting a very helpful staff member at one of the stores in Carpentersville, IL. An employee named Amit assisted me with shipping a package that I was having trouble handling on my own. He demonstrated professionalism, patience, and great empathy toward customers. He is an excellent employee, and I would like to sincerely thank him for all of his help. His outstanding customer service made my experience very positive. Thank you again for the excellent assistance.

  Since new management took over, you can't print anything on the computer anymore. I had to go down the street to FedEx

  Eli is amazing helped me so quickly minimal questions she knew right what to do. She offered me an envelope which has never happened before which I really appreciated and was very pleasant and professional.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this location! I ship a lot and have numerous returns throughout the week — they are always there with smiles and pleasant service! The lines are never long. My favorite ups location by far!
