Today they tried to charge me $1800 to ship a 15-pound box to Massachusetts. The lowest rate they tried to charge me was ~ $700. We drove less than 5 miles away to another UPS store in Bloomingdale, IL, and had the item shipped for $300. I am an Amazon Dealer and have over 15 years of experiencing shipping merchandise. I was shocked to have this experience today. GOOD GRIEF!! Their behaviour WAS outrageous and POSSIBLY illegal. It was the worst form of fraud that I have ever experienced in over 30 years in DuPage County.

It has already been 5 days, and now I am being told it won't arrive for another 2 days. That turns a "2-Day" guarantee into a week-long wait. When I asked for help, both the store and the helpline said they "CANNOT DO ANYTHING." If you cannot honor the service you sell, you shouldn't be charging people for it. Do not use this service if your timeline matters. They will take your money for priority shipping and deliver it whenever they feel like it.
