  Everything is good and okay but imagine having a boss that is rude and a customer has seen it or the fact that i seen the boss turn off the fans quote on quote because it was cold but the place was burning up or the fact that he removed all the lightbulbs in the office and i have seen that as well he does all this to penny pinch and pay workers less so he can keep more

  I am so disappointed. First I see barely anybody here and then I go inside. I don’t even see a worker at the counter. It takes about a minute for one to show up. and then, as he makes my sandwich, he did not cut the bread all the way, leaving bread uncut. And then I look at the veggies because I’m about to order the veggies and then i see some white stuff on the side of the container, and on the cucumbers, which appeared to be may be molding? And then they tell me they are not accepting coupons which is so insane because they should have said that somewhere in the store instead of me having to find out when im going to pay, leaving me to pay more than double of what I was expecting to pay. Overall, I did not have a good experience and I feel they could do way better job. I am surprised they are still in business.

  Despite being a regular I was apparently not trust worthy enough to use the bathroom before ordering, they wanted me to pay for my Sandwhich first which is cool but I planned on ordering pick up through the app while I was in the lobby so I can get the 6.99 deal and also be there to tell them how to make my sandwhich since the app doesn’t allow you to go into detail like that Told the dark haired older woman that I literally cannot hold it long enough to make my order and left The business across the street had no problem letting a pregnant woman use their bathroom and now I’m on the way to the location on grand avenue for my lunch Even though everywhere else is closer to me I will never return to this location after being disrespected like this

  Its hard to differentiate one SUBWAY from another based on the food, but when you start taking about great service and a wonderful staff, this one stands out.
