  Loved the first appearance of the establishment. The server was really nice, cleanly, and courteous of my order. She made me a beautiful salad, well worth my money! She also offered a different setting on the oven for my fiancee's sandwich.

  Because my daughter works in a health care department she had her food ordered. She couldn’t go get her food, so she placed it online and DoorDash delivered it to her. It was nasty and basically looked like crap. I called today to have them replace it and they won’t. She had to bring it right then and there and they would replace it. Hello she worked that’s why it was delivered. Apparently that’s the owners decision they had to bring it back, to replace it. That looked disgusting and a little disappointed.

  Everything is good and okay but imagine having a boss that is rude and a customer has seen it or the fact that i seen the boss turn off the fans quote on quote because it was cold but the place was burning up or the fact that he removed all the lightbulbs in the office and i have seen that as well he does all this to penny pinch and pay workers less so he can keep more

  I am so disappointed. First I see barely anybody here and then I go inside. I don’t even see a worker at the counter. It takes about a minute for one to show up. and then, as he makes my sandwich, he did not cut the bread all the way, leaving bread uncut. And then I look at the veggies because I’m about to order the veggies and then i see some white stuff on the side of the container, and on the cucumbers, which appeared to be may be molding? And then they tell me they are not accepting coupons which is so insane because they should have said that somewhere in the store instead of me having to find out when im going to pay, leaving me to pay more than double of what I was expecting to pay. Overall, I did not have a good experience and I feel they could do way better job. I am surprised they are still in business.

  They have some of the freshest veggies around Carbondale
