  Ridiculously slow service. Food was ordered at 5:40pm. Finally got the food at 6:22pm. Girl behind counter was complaining the whole time saying she better not get another online order

  This place was out of everything basically with no warning either nothing was warmed up they are very rude when you ask questions they also have there hair down with no hair nets

  Workers were rude and touching their face without gloves while making food. Spinach was wilted, no tomatoes. Put 4 banana pepper stems in my salad. No one else was there. I know why. It was $42 for a foot long sandwich and a protein bowl salad and 2 drinks!

  There is an employee who did not speak to us the entire time. All she would do is shake her head when we asked questions or ordered. She also did not put our order in a bag and offered terrible customer service. She needs fired. Absolutely unacceptable for customer service. She did not SPEAK A SINGLE WORD. Absolutely ridiculous. We will be reporting to corporate because it is incredibly rude to not even address a paying customer at all in an establishment.

  That's a nice place but I wouldn't recommend it because it's in Illinois
