  Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I work close to that location and I have been several times, today truly being my last, and I am always treated rudely by the man and woman that usually work the front area. Today they refused to make my order, after I’d already paid for it through the Subway app. They stated that they wouldn’t make my order because it was a coupon code used the app. Either way my order was refused in the rudest way possible. This place honestly should be closed until proper training on customer service is taught. I also have proof of my experiences

  I bought a cookie here and the owner kicked me out because “I only bought a cookie” and said that was earlier” it was also raining outside but oh well

  Whoever the lady is in there, she's incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered 2 subs and one of them was free. Upon pick up she told me she would cancel my order next time there's a free one...excuse me? Maybe we need to shut this subway down.
