  I came in 50min before closing and though it was busy; the one employee, was still greeting everyone, being kind and trying to take care of all the customers in a timely manner. I had a same day air shipping envelope I dropped off and though the guy from the delivery truck was already inside his vehicle about to leave (parked outside of the store), the employee came out to hand him my envelope so it’d be shipped today. 5/5 customers service!

  I use this location for all of my Amazon returns, nice people here. But print any labels you need yourself because they do charge a lot to print.

  Used their faxing services, attendants were always pleasant & helpful. Prices were definitely better than other locations.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I shipped breastmilk next day air and it won't be getting to me until 3 days from the time I shipped, even though I got multiple confirmations from the employees here that it would arrive next day. Now my baby's food is at risk of not being safe for consumption by the time it arrives. I also reached out to their customer service AND their corporate office. No help has been given to rectify the situation. I will now be shipping with literally anyone else besides UPS, as well as ensuring no one I know uses their services.
