  I would give zero stars if I could. I shipped breastmilk next day air and it won't be getting to me until 3 days from the time I shipped, even though I got multiple confirmations from the employees here that it would arrive next day. Now my baby's food is at risk of not being safe for consumption by the time it arrives. I also reached out to their customer service AND their corporate office. No help has been given to rectify the situation. I will now be shipping with literally anyone else besides UPS, as well as ensuring no one I know uses their services.

  Customer service was fast and professional Dennis helped us with the Notary service he was patient and informative.

  The staff was kind, but I made an appointment for notary services when I came in on time they said notary was not there that day. There was no communication or email sent to update me on this. So I am not sure what the disconnect is between their scheduling and actual availability.
