  Nastiest experience ever. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I asked for my two footlongs to be wrapped up separate like I ALWAYS DO at every single Subway location and have NEVER EVER been told anything, but today the guy whoever he was was like we don’t do that here in a rude tone and said because a six inch is more. Like LOL, money hungry much? Told him I’d pay extra for the paper if that was the issue. He said no I’ll do it this time but not next time. There was a visible fly inside the glass area and they’re so bad with cross contamination especially if there’s people who are allergic. Last time ever coming to this nasty establishment. Told him that and he said “well that’s your decision” like yeah damn right it is. Learn how to treat your costumers. They’re the ones that PAY you and you’re over here CRYING for additional wrapping like cmon

  As a subway customer, I tried over 100 locations in the Chicagoland area and around it. This might be the prettiest location ever. They literally barely stuff on the sandwich when requested. I had to ask for extra on everything.

  Very disappointed with our experience at Subway today. My teenage daughter was polite, clearly explained what she wanted, and still received food that tasted old and looked bad. If the ingredients are no longer fresh, they should not be served to customers. Old food should be thrown away, not sold. Customers deserve fresh food and basic respect, especially when they are being kind and respectful themselves.

  They ended up making my order wrong, when I took them back he opened the sandwiches and started picking out the stuff that was wrong with them and gave it back to me 🤦🏻‍♀️ would not recommend!

  This is my first time going to this location and one of the employees didn’t do what I asked for I got 2 footlong and asked to extra toast and he didn’t do it ! I asked put everything he left and went inside and come out didn’t put what I asked for never go back again
