  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this UPS location. I have been working with UPS for over two years and ship around 30 packages every day through our business account. I regularly process shipments and drop off prepaid packages at UPS locations, often using different envelopes or packaging, and I have never experienced a problem like this before. I brought in a package with a prepaid Next Day Air label that was already paid for through our business account. The employee refused to accept it simply because the envelope itself was not UPS-branded, even though the shipping label was valid and fully paid. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help or explain the situation respectfully. What shocked me most was that I was essentially told to leave and was escorted out of the office instead of being treated like a valued customer. After years of doing business with UPS and trusting the company with my shipments, this was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating. This location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The employees were unfriendly, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping a long-time UPS business customer. I will be reporting this experience and strongly recommend additional customer service training for the staff at this location. Very disappointing experience.

  Only stop by here once to drop off an Amazon return. Anie /Ania ( sorry I forgot your name) was the most polite and nice UPS employee I ever seen!

  The staff at the store on McHenry Rd. In Buffalo Grove is always professional, friendly, and very helpful.
