  Ms Sohi at the UPS store on 22 in Buffalo Grove was extremely helpful in getting my documents printed and notarized. Highly recommend this service.

  I was disappointed with the customer service. I asked if the tape on my box would be enough, but instead of being helpful, the response was, “We don’t know what you packed or how you packed it.” Asian old man was rude. The white guy asked for additional charge if we wanna add tape. I purchased box, tape and bubble wrap to them. They also said they could add more tape for an additional charge. I understand there may be policies, but the way it was handled felt unhelpful and not very customer-friendly.

  If i would.be able to give them 0 stars, i would do it. We came to this place to return 5 items. It took us some time to find return receipt. They told me that they are closing and they were so harsh that i had even more problems to find those receipts. As a result we returned only two items and went to another store to return the rest. Do not use this store

  The staff and service at this UPS store in Buffalo Grove is consistently top notch. If you’re ever in need for a speedy drop off, or assistance w packaging, I highly recommend this UPS location.
