  Something has sure changed with Subway's food menu because their food no longer even taste like it used to I don't know what it is but I won't be back.

  Very clean and kept up restaurant that the employees are very kind and patient when taking specific orders. I received absolutely amazing customer service and they had the patients to deal with me making an order with a text message I received for what was wanted by that person and then followed up with me going back and forth with what I wanted on my sub sandwich. Absolutely wonderful customer service, they were so kind and understanding. Also customized a box of cookies that they sell for a deal but let me create my own. The employees that took my order are who I hope that are there every time I come back. Absolutely wonderful and incredible service!

  This was a Subway in Jacksonville Illinois the girl was already supposed to be closed but she took care of me and my brother as we were there with our brother who's in hospice my hat is off to that lady

  Always good food and happy bellies but would be better if they had dairy free cheese for lactose intolerant customers!
