  We got sandwiches one evening. They were disgusting! The bread was stale and the veggies were not fresh by any standard. The veggies made the entire sandwiches soggy. They got put in the trash. I hated to throw my money in the garage considering how expensive the sanwiches are. It wasn't worth getting sick though. It was Wednesday evening 4/8/26 around 6 Pm. When we went in the store it took several minutes for the employees to come out of the back room.

  One person working during peak meal times - orders get backed up. You have to wait even if you order online ahead of time. You walk in and order there, you have to wait while they make the online orders. They need more people. The people that are working are nice and friendly. But maybe they shouldn’t take large online orders. One person can’t do it all.

  Subway is on an uptick. Meat, bread, and veggies all very fresh. I did mobile order and it was being set on the pick up counter as I walked in. Only issue i have is it used to be easy to leave a tip in the app, not able to figure it out today.
