  I cannot say enough good things about Chris George, the team at AP Boutique, and Material Good. They respect the craft, understand their clients, and make the experience feel personal from start to finish. They take the time to understand what people care about, what they are looking for, and how to guide them the right way. Demand is high, supply is limited, and they have to help so many people navigate watches they have dreamed about for years. That is not an easy position to be in, but they handle it with patience and honesty. I had the pleasure of going with my son, who is still young, and Chris treated him with the same respect and kindness as anyone else. He understands that these purchases are often generational, and he made my son feel included in the experience in a way that I found incredibly thoughtful. Wishing only the best for this great group!

  My experience at the boutique has been absolutely superb. When I first walked in with my wife, I was greeted by Will George, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a watch boutique. Will took the time to truly listen to my interests and thoughtfully explained the brand and the entire process. His patience and professionalism really stood out. BE PATIENT !!! I stayed in touch with him, and before long, I was able to purchase my first AP. The whole journey felt special from start to finish. Thank you for the wonderful experience — Will and Chris are awesome !!!

  I rarely write reviews like this, but in this case I feel like it's so necessary. My son and I first met Will George in June 2025 and we were so impressed---not only by the depth of his knowledge but just as importantly, by his friendliness. A few months later, we were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful Royal Oak and we're looking forward to getting more timepieces from him in the future. Thank you Will!

  My Experience at the Audemars Piguet boutique in Boston was amazing! I was greeted with a great welcome by a couple gentlemen as soon as I walked in the door. Right away I felt like I’ve been in there a hundred times. What a nice, comfortable, professional atmosphere. Nicole, who I first talked to on the phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the product as this is my first Audemars Piguet purchase. When I finally had the chance to meet her in person, I felt like I’ve known her for years. We made our way to the lounge, Nicole brought out the watch and I was beyond excited to be a part of the AP family! I highly recommend Nicole and really wish I could give her and the team 100 stars because thats what they deserve! Look forward to doing a lot more business in the future! Thank you again Nicole!
