  Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service at this UPS Store was beyond rude and unprofessional. I came in for a simple return and politely asked to use a small piece of tape, and the employee refused, saying “we use too much tape here.” That’s honestly ridiculous for a shipping store—tape is literally part of the service. Instead of being helpful, they acted like I was asking for something outrageous. No effort to assist, no basic courtesy—just attitude. This is not how you treat customers. We will be reporting this location to corporate because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you value basic customer service, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

  The ladies here are so sweet and considerate. I walk in and they’re greeting me from wherever they are in the store. After only going in a few times they now know me by name! They are knowledgeable and pleasant and they also stayed a little late once so that I could pickup my packages on my way home from work! I would recommend this location (E Boughton Rd) to anyone who values fantastic customer service and friendly, smiling faces!!
