They took the time to guide me through every step, helped me choose the most convenient shipping options, and ensured everything was handled smoothly—even during a busy time. What really stood out was their humility and kindness. No matter how many questions I had, they answered each one with a smile and never made me feel rushed. The only info from Amazon was to go to a UPS store thank you for having a girl who was patient with two old people. When we left she brought out my phone which I left at the store. Give Her ten stars for doing a great job
