  I have a wonderful experience working with Marina. She's easy to work with because she's polite and professional. I greatly appreciated her patience in explaining our coverage in detail , answer all our questions with a smile and providing options which works best for us. Kristi is awesome too , she's supportive to her staff and to us making sure we understood what we are agreeing upon. She even gave us an amazon gift card ! Thanks! I did not made a mistake when I chose to step in their office to help me switch with my insurance . I highly recommend them . Great customer service.

  It's not often that you come across someone who truly goes the extra mile, but Marina Salas did exactly that. She found an issue with my state ID information that was causing my previous insurance to be higher than it should have been. She took care of it right away, helped correct the problem, and saved me over $130/mo while also finding me a great rate!! Insurance can be confusing, but Marina took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through my options, and make sure I understood every step of the process. What stood out most was her knowledge and how clearly she explained everything. She made something that could have been stressful feel simple and easy.   Lydia is not only a professional and trustworthy agent but also someone who genuinely looks out for her clients' best interests.   Lydia H provided me with tremendous assistance throughout the recent claim process for my car. She helped me at every step—from filing the claim and scheduling the inspection to the final payment. Whenever I needed help, she was incredibly patient, enthusiastic. She clearly explained everything to me in professional way. Furthermore, what mattered most to me was that Lydia is bilingual. Being able to communicate with her directly in Chinese made the process very convenient to me. So I highly recommend Lydia H to everyone, especially to those Chinese speaking.
