  Brittney was so incredibly nice and personable! She was super thorough in going over my options, made sure my order was right and made me feel at home here. Cameron did a great job assisting her and making sure my project came out exactly how I needed it. I will be back for my business and personal needs thanks to the two of them!

  every time i come to this FedEx Office it’s the same issue. the customer service is just not good. they act like they don’t know what a convenience code is every single time, which is wild because one of the employees has been here for years. instead of helping, they’re in the back talking and not paying attention, and it just makes everything take longer than it needs to. honestly, it’s just frustrating and feels like nobody knows what they’re doing (when I know they do) ; useless.

  I was disappointed that this location only had small bags for shipping. I had to buy a box which was close in price to my broken item I was returning. Live & learn to be gental when opening bags/boxes that may need to used for returns. Associate was very nice & found me a box quickly.
