  Ordered dinner for our family for carry out. Picked it up, got home and realized we were missing half the order. Called and asked them to deliver it since it was their mistake. They refused, said we could pick up the missing food if we brought everything back to "prove" we were really missing food. The shift supervisor, Gina, cussed at me repeatedly over the phone and refused to do anything other than make the food that was missing for me to pick up. When I arrived at the store, she informed me she had been nothing but nice, started to cuss at me again, but caught herself, and informed me she didn't have the authority to provide any refund or other compensation for my time and guess wasted to come back. She told me to return in the morning to talk to the owner.

  Double charged us for a $72 when we first made an online order then had to replace an order inside. We recieved no utensils no cheese sauce when we asked for some with the order. Asked for 2 7 pc mango habenero tenders and they gave us 1 and 1 7 pc hot honey when she read the order back I said no hot honey mango habenero. Didn't give us a drink when it came with our hot box order. Pretty disappointed.

  Pick up time means nothing in this place!! Terrible service. Over 40 mins late to my pick up time.

  I ordered some lemon pepper wings as I always do, but this time they taste like they poured a cup of salt on them.Im very hungry and upset right now.$25 gone down the drain.I will never order from them again🧐😭🤬🤬🤬
