  Is it possible to give less than 1 star as a rating? I wish it were so. My husband is in a local hospital and wanted a Subway sandwich. I ordered through their app and got an email confirmation of the receipt of my order and of my payment - they provided confirmation numbers for both. How sad was I to arrive and find out that there was nothing ready for me to pick up. According to Manish, not only didn’t they receive my order but also that there was nothing he could do for me. If I wanted my sandwiches and chips, I would need to pay again. He tried to tell me that app was Subway and that through some sort of magic, their store was different. Whilst I understand the concept of a franchise relationship, it does nothing to alleviate the store’s responsibility to properly address a customer service problem. As he kept emphasizing this distinction (without a difference) you can understand my confusion about the Subway signs, menus and even the Subway shirt and hat worn by Manish. He said there is no Subway customer phone number - apparently these stores are cast to the winds after acquiring the building etc. with no direction or instruction as to how to remedy mistakes made by Subway. The good folks at Amex will make sure these wizards will never see a dime and I urge you to satisfy your Subway cravings at another of the stores in town. What a ridiculous experience and total waste of time.

  Walked in and was greeted with a smile as usual. The lady who made my sandwich was very friendly and had no issue with piling on veggies when I asked for extra. The person at the cash register was also very friendly. I will definitely keep going back to this location.
