  I lost power in my apartment and stayed here for a couple of nights, Everyone was very friendly. They put me on the third floor, But the elevator broke, which was not particularly convenient. The room looked nice overall, but could’ve been cleaner. I think they told me the pool is open, but I’ve never seen it such An alarming color in a pool. I only paid like $56 and for that cost it is worth it. I’m not sure I’d pay more than that though.

  We checked in and were told that the pool was down, we asked if it was because of the storm, they said that it was down before that. Both elevators were down, meaning you had to climb 3 sets of stairs(we were on the 3rd floor) . There was hair on the show wall that wasn't ours. One of the rooms we booked (337) didn't even electric lock so anyone could walk in and take our stuff. We left our stuff in the other room we booked. I could go on but I don't wanna write a book.

  Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else I’ve stayed at this property at least 10 times for 1-2 nights in 30 years of travel never have felt less secure in a hotel room. Personal property is at risk of being stolen by staff when you alert front desk of missing items there’s no process or explanation where your property is just excuses. Staffed by a skeleton crew nice people but amenities lacking and when you can’t trust the staff even it’s hard to justify staying here or recommending anyone do the same. This is not a problem at Chateau holiday inn double tree comfort inn there’s much better options in the area that are also safer. Trust when I say don’t book this hotel I’m not a person who cares to make reviews or referrals so there’s a reason I’m doing all this.

  Hotel is going downhill. The elevator was not working and the health inspector closed the pool. The bathroom was dirty and no sheets on the bed. The breakfast was terrible and they are using a cheap coffee from Sam's Club in the room.

  The elevator was not working. I did not see any bed bugs or cockroaches. The room was not cleaned very well, and there was dust on the light fixtures. The toilet drain was slow, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. The parking lot is quite small. I would not recommend coming with a truck and trailer, as maneuvering and parking can be difficult. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was decent.
