  I have used this location for printing many times. They are always so helpful (and patient when I am not sure what I need, lol). I went there today with a specific printing size needed and they really helped me with all my options. I was super happy with the results and can't recommend them enough.

  Used this location almost daily. Arrived at Fedex Office at 7:58pm on 4/8/26 with two prepaid packages ready to scan. The bald man with glasses literally locked the door right in front of us. We didn't know what he was doing at first and the open sign was still on. Then, we realized the door wouldn't open so we knocked. The bald man with glasses says "we are closed". Another male employee with glasses, ignores the situation. The employees working weren't the franchisee owner. Fedex Office doesn't close until 8pm. We had to drive further away to Hanover Park to drop off at the nearest Walgreens Fedex Drop Off Site. We will be filing a complaint with Fedex so corporate knows about this franchisee location. We WILL NOT use this location anymore.
