  I am very pleased with the Customer service provided to me by Ms. Vivianna. If it was not for patience and care to look into the details of my coverages, I would have never known that I was improperly insured. The insurance company that I just switched from, had my 2 story home insured as a Condo for the entire 11 years of me owning the property. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. She explained to me the difference in the coverages and come to find out, I was completely underinsured. I’m so glad she insisted on me checking my policy coverages. Now I know that I am truly in good hands wither her as my agent.

  I have been working with Vivian for a couple years now and let me just say she is amazing! Vivian has been attentive to my insurance needs over the years, making sure to check every possible option available to give me the best price and coverage. She recently helped me out with home insurance coverage on a new property I bought. She communicated every step along the way to make sure I got the correct coverage I needed and explained what my coverage actually covered. Thank you again Vivian for all that you do for your clients
