  I had an outstanding experience at the Advance Auto Parts on W. Cermak Road in Berwyn, and I want to recognize Johnny for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Johnny was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and treated me with respect throughout the entire visit. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in helping customers, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Johnny represents the kind of employee every business hopes to have. Because of his excellent service, I’ll gladly return to this location and recommend it to friends, family, and fellow mechanics. Thank you, Johnny, for going above and beyond.   Went to see if i can get a part there was no one in the store members where in the back had to wait a while until one of them came out by then I was already stepping out and upset for waiting even gave them time by walking around the store to see if I wanted to buy something that cough my eye however I just left ...

  Juan was so NICE! The most helpful human I've come across in a long time. I wish everyone had his customer service skills because lately the world sucks in that department. I felt happy and at ease knowing I could always go back here if I ever need anyythimg else. I appreciate Juan for being so sweet and being so friendly!
