  Owner Jimmy was referred to me by another UPS Store that doesn't do freight. My dad recently passed away and he had my grandmother's heirloom Necchi sewing machine and sewing side cabinet. I was so nervous about shipping it from Chicago to Seattle, but it was either that or my mom was going to give it to the cleaning lady. Jimmy put all my worries at ease, showed me reference photos of other things that he had packed, and kept in constant text communication with me during the whole process. These photos are after we unwrapped it from even more foam padding and cling wrap from the freight truck pallet. Even the freight driver was impressed with the quality of packing. If I need any more heirlooms shipped from Mom, I'm going straight to Jimmy.

  Jimmy truly was spectacular. I had a very large printing request, and he handled it so quickly and professionally, while also just being so kind and engaging to get to work with. Jimmy and the team are AMAZING!! Can’t recommend this location more!!
