  I get places get busy but for a restaurant to decline 5 calls at 11:20 am is insane. I just got off work wanted to have my order ready for pick up to go into my next shift, but couldn’t because the phone kept getting clicked over. And when I asked why the phones weren’t being answered her response was”we had too many orders,girl I was here I seen them” like okay queen 🤣🤣Wingstop get yall some better muti taskers or hire the equip amount of employees if yall need a hand let me get behind the counter !

  I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered ranch and noticed visible mold growing inside multiple containers. To make things worse, the corn I ordered also appeared to have mold on it. When I brought up the issue, the restaurant still wanted to charge me extra for more ranch instead of properly addressing the food safety concern. Moldy food is unacceptable and could make someone seriously sick. I hope the restaurant improves its food storage, freshness checks, and customer service because this was honestly disturbing.

  If I could give less than a one I would I walked in there my son and I were hungry. We were told we had to wait one hour five minutes after she said that she walked out the door and was done for the day 10 minutes after that, there was no orders up no fryers and nothing I went up and asked the girl what happened why she said I had to wait an hour and she said she did not know she would not give me the manager’s phone number she would not give me the franchisee information she would not give me the corporate number. Nothing worst experience I’ve ever had. I have a video of the entire thing.

  Get to the counter no one is there girl is in the back on her phone until another employee goes and gets her no greeting pretty much that annoy look I really wanted wings so I ordered wings are good fries over cooked over salted and seems like they sat in oil for a bit will I be back maybe or maybe il just go to jimmy John
