I ordered the five meat Italian sub and it was supposed to be toasted but it wasn't and supposed to be no lettuce and she added lettuce and I told her no no lettuce it was supposed to be and the sandwich is cold because apparently it's sat for 5 minutes or more and it wasn't hot and and this is the third time they screwed up my sandwich and also the promo code wouldn't work either because it doesn't say what was eligible and what wasn't. very poor customer service very disappointed and won't be going back.

I placed an online order for a grilled chicken wrap and picked it up about 12:10 and when I got back to work and started eating there was a hair in the wrap, I called Subway 2 times before someone answered to which she kept telling me she didn’t have my order and I kept telling her I had already picked up the order there was just hair in the food instead of doing anything about she hung up on me so I tried calling 3 more times and no one ever answered.
