  Staff is rude, there no type of good customer service. Staff will ignore you when you are standing at the cash register. Then give an attitude when they finally approach. Corporate or the franchise owner needs to restaff the whole restaurant or train everybody on customer service. Got cooks with pants down in the kitchen (sagging) just unprofessional.

  This was my first time ordering at this location. It was just ok. The food quality has really declined through the years. I don't know if it's the staff that doesn't care anymore or the company itself..There use to be a standard that wingstop was above the rest now it's like the company doesn't care. There is absolutely NOOOO WAY I should have had as many feathers on chicken that I had. That piece of chicken could have got up and walked way. Random sized pieces some as small as a chicken nugget. I DON'T EAT CHICKEN WITH FEATHERS. If I wanted that I could have went to pops fish n chicken or one of those places. It made me think the chicken wasn't clean. I know whoever added the sauce to the chicken saw those feathers!! You wouldn't serve it at home why serve it to me!!!! Never again! I really wanted the reviews to be wrong but nope silly me.
