  The female Hispanic lady, on the phone while fixing my food holding a whole conversation. I asked would she not talk over my food. She got upset and throwing the sandwiches together. I ordered 5 sandwiches, by the 2nd one while still on the phone, she throws veggies onto it without asking what I wanted. Another worker comes from the back and tells me that she did ask you, instead of telling her to get off the phone and I said well I didn't hear her, because she's on the phone and talking very fast, rushing the order, the other woman assumed I was being prejudice, and I'm African American. I told her, please don't make it seem like I'm racist because I didn't understand her, I never heard her ask me what sides because she was talking on the phone and over the food. 8 said, I don't want any of it. As I'm walking out the door they both screamed, Bye.... How rude and disrespectful.

  Tried to get a sandwich at 8:30 p.m., was told they were out of bread. The shop closes at 9 p.m.
